The Manager of Digital Marketing at Lonza is a critical role responsible for overseeing and governing digital content, product information, taxonomy, and digital assets within the bioscience sector. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of ecommerce experiences across multiple markets, with a focus on bioscience products excluding CDMO services. The position involves managing Product Information Management (PIM) and Product Content Management (PCM) within SAP Commerce Cloud, including defining product attributes, enrichment rules, taxonomy alignment, localization readiness, and digital asset management integration. As a hands-on specialist and leader, the manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Marketing, and Regional stakeholders to uphold content integrity, platform readiness, and operational efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of product data quality and supporting global product launches and updates, ensuring that all digital content aligns with corporate standards and regional needs.
