We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Moving beyond standard campaign management, this high-ownership role requires a performance expert with strong creative instincts to drive growth through media strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional leadership.

5+ years of experience managing paid social acquisition at scale. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. (Fintech, insurtech, or SMB experience is a strong plus). Proven track record in structured experimentation, landing page optimization, creative strategy, and performance-driven growth. Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling. Experience working closely with analytics, creative, and web teams to align and execute strategies.
