This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling global mobile growth function, focused on acquiring high-quality users across leading social discovery and entertainment apps. You will own performance-driven campaigns across major paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on Meta and TikTok, optimizing toward LTV, CPA, and overall profitability. The environment is highly data-driven, international, and fully remote, bringing together experienced marketers and product teams across multiple regions. You will experiment continuously with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to unlock scalable growth. The role requires strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of mobile attribution and funnel economics. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity, test-and-learn culture where impact is measured directly through performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing and a deep understanding of acquisition mechanics and attribution systems. 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with proven results on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, unit economics, and mobile growth funnels. Experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), especially AppsFlyer, and knowledge of SKAdNetwork principles. Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies. Strong testing mindset with experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, remote, international teams. Fluent Russian and English (minimum B1+ level in English).
