BeReal iOS工程师（Staff级）

We are looking for an experienced Staff iOS Engineer to join BeReal and help shape the evolution of our iOS platform, used daily by millions of users worldwide. You will play a key role in setting technical direction, leading complex initiatives, and delivering high-quality user experiences, while remaining hands-on in development.

8+ years of professional iOS development experience, including ownership of large-scale, consumer-facing apps. Previous experience as a Staff iOS Engineer (or equivalent), with demonstrated impact beyond feature delivery. Strong product sensitivity, combined with deep technical expertise applied at the platform level (outside of pure feature work). Proven experience improving the iOS app globally, including architecture, performance, tooling, and development processes. Ability to identify, investigate, and drive solutions to complex technical problems affecting multiple teams. Strong track record of mentoring engineers, leading peer programming, and enabling teams to adopt better technical practices. Excellent knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI, with real-world experience shipping and maintaining production systems. Solid understanding of iOS architecture and system design. Data-informed mindset, comfortable using analytics and feedback to guide technical and product decisions.
