The Product Manager, Investment Platform will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Mercer’s fast-growing Investment Platform team. This role spans multiple domains including Trading, Billing, Cash Management, Client Reporting, Investment Proposal, and Operational quality and scale. The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable problem solver and strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable operating across both high-level strategy and execution-level detail.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Product, Technology, Operations, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or Operations. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently. Strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to operate effectively across strategic and tactical levels. Experience in financial services or investment platforms is a plus.
