Hands-on experience launching feed based programs or scaling at least one of: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin. Deep understanding of product feeds, catalogs, and automation-driven advertising. Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to operate amid ambiguity. Highly analytical, with comfort making decisions from incomplete data. Proven ability to build programs from zero to scale. Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels. Experience working with large product catalogs in ecommerce environment. Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment. Strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadline and priorities with ease. Test, Learn and Scale mindset with a strong bias for action. Strong proficiency in Google sheets/Excel.
