As a Generative AI Developer at BATW, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and developing our AI-driven products and platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading the design and development of software in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
Working closely with BATW and BMW teams in an international, interdisciplinary environment to deliver innovative solutions.
Contributing to the development and optimization of our products/platform by leveraging your expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Working effectively according to an agile development methodology like SCRUM.

Domain-specific know-how in the field of AI:

Proven hands-on project experience (including personal projects) in Generative AI/LLMs.
Familiarity with one or more relevant frameworks/tools (e.g., LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, Vercel AI SDK).
Experience in implementing or applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Domain-specific know-how in the field of AWS Services.

Domain-specific know-how in the field of Security (e.g., Cloud Security, Application Security, DevSecOps).

Domain-specific know-how in the field of OpenSource (as a Contributor or Compliance Officer).

Domain-specific know-how in the field of CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions).

Domain-specific know-how in running one of the following services:

GitHub
Artifactory or JFrog Platform
Atlassian Products
ELK/Loki
Prometheus/Grafana

Solid programming language skills in Python; experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus.

Fluent in English.

Multiple years of developing and testing software in a professional environment under Windows and Linux – experience (e.g., macOS, Ubuntu) in the automotive industry would be beneficial.

Experience with leading smaller teams or steering external suppliers.
