6+ years in accounting/bookkeeping, inventory accounting, and/or finance operations (retail or e-commerce preferred). QuickBooks Online bookkeeping (non-negotiable), bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and journal entries. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, variance analysis), Shopify data exports, financial modeling. Inventory accounting (FIFO, landed cost, freight allocation), COGS reconciliation, pricing & margin analysis. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator. Must have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST. Must complete the client’s Skills Test before the final interview.
