Forrester’s Senior QA Analyst 1 works across the organization on projects involving web display, content management, CRM, and search systems. This individual supports Forrester’s internal AI team by testing and validating internal AI systems, agents, and MCP-based solutions that enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency. The role focuses on ensuring these AI-driven tools behave reliably, safely, and consistently through strong QA practices.

BTech or MCA degree. Four-plus years’ experience as a QA engineer. Ability to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide meaningful feedback. Excellence in creating and executing test plans and test cases as well as estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities. Strong background in exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing. History of designing, developing, and executing automation scripts. Background in agile software development. Success working with offshore teams. Experience with automation across functional, load, and performance testing. Expertise with JIRA, Postman, JMeter, Playwright, Selenium, or Katalon Studios.
