We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Representative to support daily client interactions and ensure a high quality customer experience.

Experience in customer service, client support, or similar roles
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent English (B2+ required; C1 preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems

Fully remote role with a U.S. based company
