You’ll take ownership of the later-stage learning experience (final part of the program) and transform it into something dynamic, practical, and truly aligned with how modern startups are built. This isn’t traditional education. Think fast-moving, constantly evolving, and deeply rooted in real-world application. What You’ll Be Doing: Owning and evolving the final stages of the programme curriculum; Redesigning content with AI at the core (tools, workflows, and future trends); Identifying outdated material and replacing it with relevant, high-impact learning; Improving underperforming modules (content, delivery, templates, experience); Building a “living curriculum” that adapts as AI and the startup landscape evolve; Working closely with stakeholders to continuously improve the learner experience. What We’re Looking For: Deep interest in AI, you actively use modern AI tools and stay ahead of trends; Curriculum or content design experience, ideally in a startup or practical learning environment (not traditional academia); Strong understanding of startups, lean methodology, product-market fit, ecosystems; 5–8 years of experience in product, startups, or similar roles; Excellent user empathy and experience conducting user research; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Bonus: Experience in EdTech or learning products.
