The Regional Manager - Warehouse Operations manages multiple warehouses, optimizing safety, efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, inventory, and finances. In this role you will drive standard work practices and foster a collaborative environment, empowering site leaders to grow and succeed while supporting the strategic Supply Chain objectives of SUSA.

Responsible for overseeing warehouse performance at designated locations; evaluate and act on KPIs to meet objectives in safety, quality, service (OTIF), cost, and inventory accuracy. Champion a proactive employee and food safety culture; ensure regulatory compliance and adoption of hazard identification, root‑cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions in partnership with EHS and Quality. Develop warehouse leaders via succession planning, coaching, and performance management; build bench strength for ready‑now talent and promotions.
