We are searching for a technically-minded AI Product Engineer (all genders) who is passionate about the intersection of Generative AI and education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes: You have hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, including multi-step pipelines, tool use, RAG, or orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. You possess strong prompting fundamentals and the analytical mindset to systematically evaluate and refine prompts and workflows to achieve reliable, structured results. You have a solid backend foundation, especially in Python, and are comfortable turning a prototype into something a team can build on. You thrive in collaborative environments and actively share what you learn, through documentation, internal demos, or pair-working with engineers and PMs. You are a confident communicator in English and enjoy working in a distributed, international team. Nice-to-Have: Background in Educational Science, experience with evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs, or front-end skills (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript).

Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 47.900 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 32.100 EUR and 39.300 EUR.
