As a QA Engineer supporting MIS teams, you will work across diverse business systems including SaaS platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, etc.), hosted solutions, and internally developed applications to ensure high quality output. This role requires a self-starter mentality and the ability to quickly learn new systems and requirements, including specialized testing for AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience; 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance; strong experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies across SaaS platforms; proficiency in at least one test automation framework; knowledge of programming/query languages and API testing tools; experience with Jira for requirement and bug management; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms; understanding of testing approaches for AI systems.
