Proven, hands-on experience managing TikTok and TikTok Shop with measurable GMV results
Direct experience building and managing TikTok affiliate programs at scale
Strong experience running and scaling a UGC army of creators
Experience managing and growing a Discord community for creators/affiliates
Strong understanding of creator economics (CPMs, AOV, conversion rates) to negotiate and price deals effectively
Experience scouting, vetting, negotiating, and closing creators for performance-based and retainer partnerships
Advanced experience with TikTok Shop Ads (GMV Max, Spark Ads, amplification strategies)
Strong grasp of organic growth, social commerce funnels, and conversion optimization within TikTok Shop
Experience editing content and tailoring it to platform-specific formats, trends, and performance requirements.
Hands-on experience with PipiAds, Euka, and other TikTok third-party data platforms
Highly organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, and proactive
Data-driven and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Fast-moving, self-directed operator mindset—you take ownership and execute
Thrives in early-stage startup environments where speed, testing, and iteration matter
