4-6年数据工程师经验，拥有企业级数据仓库和湖泊环境的生产级经验。熟悉至少一个主流云分析平台（Snowflake、Amazon Redshift、Google BigQuery、Azure Synapse）的维度建模和性能调优。设计和操作基于对象存储的湖泊（S3、ADLS、GCS）使用列式格式（Parquet、ORC）和ACID表层（Delta Lake、Apache Iceberg、Apache Hudi）。使用Apache Airflow、Dagster、AWS Glue、Azure Data Factory或Cloud Composer设计工作流；使用Git、Docker、Terraform（或等效工具）进行CI/CD。实施自动化数据测试和可追溯性/监控，使用dbt测试、Great Expectations、OpenLineage、Prometheus/Datadog，以及加密和IAM最佳实践。高级SQL和Python技能，基本了解Scala/Java或shell脚本是加分项。熟悉至少一个主流云提供商（AWS、Azure、GCP）和基础设施即代码概念。相关认证有帮助。英语B2+（请仅申请符合此要求的人）。
